What areas to you service?

We currently service Fayetteville, Peachtree City, and nearby areas.

How much do your lawn services cost?

We are happy to provide you with a quote specific to your property.  Please contact us or request a quote to do so.  Our lawn mowing service starts at $35 and our lawn treatment service starts at $30.  We deliver and install pine straw at $8 per bale.

How do I request an estimate?

Fill out the estimate request form, send us an email to samlandscaping76@gmail.com, or call or text us at 404-916-4016 with your request. All we need is your name, email, phone number, and address, as well as what service you are interested in.

Do you offer quotes over the phone?

For most of our services, we will need to stop by your property to be able to get you an accurate quote.  Thanks for understanding.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, Yardbook, and PayPal.

Do I need to be home to get an estimate or when you perform my service?

No.  Since we only perform outdoor work, there is no need for you to be home.  If you know we are coming on a particular day, please make sure your gates are unlocked and pets are inside if applicable.  Thank you.

Will the same crew service my lawn each week?

Yes.  We are a small business and each crew has dedicated routes.  Please feel free to say hi and introduce yourself.  Our crew would love to meet you!

What if it rains or my grass doesn’t grow?

If your grass has not grown since our last visit we will skip your lawn mowing service until the following week.

What is included in your mowing service?

Our mowing service entails mowing of the turf.  Any areas that cannot be reached with the lawn mower will be string trimmed.  All borders will be edged, and once all mowing, trimming, and edging have been completed, we will blow all the clippings off paved surfaces to leave your lawn looking its best.

How do payments for larger projects work?

When it comes to our landscaping services, we require 1/2 of the total price before work begins and the final 1/2 is due upon completion of the work.

What happens if it rains?

Since we do work outside we do have to work around the weather.  Depending on the situation and time of year, we may service your property a day or two early if we see rain or inclement weather in the future forecast.  If we are unable to complete your service before the rain, we will get it back on schedule as fast as possible.

Can we request our service to be performed on a certain day?

We try to accommodate all requests, but we do have existing routes that we will need to work your property into.  Please let us know what day you prefer and we will do our best to make it happen.

Can we request our service to be performed at a certain time?

Due to the nature of our business dealing with several variables, we are not able to accommodate time of day requests.

What if I am located out of town?

That is no problem.  Our invoices are very detailed and we are happy to supply before and after photos of each service upon request.

Does Sam's Personal Landscaping haul away junk?

Yes.  We offer junk removal as a seasonal service during the winter months.  This is the slow season for lawn and landscape services.  We started offering junk removal to keep our key employees busy during our slow season.

What is turf disease and how to control it?

Important Information

Kids toys, pets toys, dog waste, and other debris are the responsibility of the property owner.

Please make sure these items are not on the lawn when your service is scheduled.

If we need to move or clean up these items it could result in a small additional charge.
